The restoration and adaptive re-use of the Carskadon Mansion could not be possible without the support of numerous local, state, and regional organizations, including the Mineral County Historical Foundation, Mineral County Historical Society, Mineral County Genealogical Society, Vandalia Heritage Foundation, State Historic Preservation Office—West Virginia Division of Culture and History, BB&T Bank, New Page (formerly Westvaco), Wal-Mart, and many other businesses and individuals.

 

The Mineral County Historical Foundation is extremely grateful for the generosity of these organizations and their continued commitment to the preservation of this important structure.
